ECR Hospitality Recruitment is specialised in the recruitment of staff -from entry level till top management positions- for 4 & 5 star Hotels & Resort as well as Restaurants around the world. ECR has been successful in recruiting for (key-) positions within hotel chains like for example Le Méridien, RadissonSAS, Orient-Express and Hilton as well as for independent Hotels, Resorts and Restaurants and more.

Therefore, when you inform us on the profile of the candidate you are looking for, we will be able to select exactly that candidate.

ECR works on a No Cure No Pay basis. We work on no cure no pay because we are confident that we will find the candidate you request, but respect that you would like to see what you get, before any fee is charged. Our success rate is far better than newspapers/internet ads and we take care of the selection procedure. Compare that to the advertisement costs in local (or international) newspapers and the time you normally spent on answering applications, selecting suitable candidates, checking references etc.!
